OUR COMMUNITY
Lifetime Learning Center (LLC) is a nonprofit organization in NE Seattle that provides a wide range of classes, workshops, lectures and events for older adults. Over the past 45 years, LLC has grown into a community of students and instructors who come together to socialize, interact, engage and learn.
Our team of instructors, some 40 retired professors, teachers and community experts, volunteer their time to offer low-cost classes on subjects ranging from history, social justice and music, to literature, art and physical activity. Courses at LLC are rigorous, thought-provoking, collaborative and fun. Faculty and students return year after year, not just to take classes, but to renew and build friendships.
