Class Description
Would you like to increase the comfort of your back, gain flexibility in your hips, and improve the function of your legs? The spring quarter of eight gentle, slow Feldenkrais® lessons may help you improve the organization of your back, hips, and legs to assist with their use and comfort. Feldenkrais® lessons use the mind-body connection to help us pursue our daily activities, recreation, and exercise with more ease and less pain. The Feldenkrais Method® helps us learn increased flexibility and balance, while possibly reducing chronic pain. Join us online or in person for lessons of small, slow, light movement variations. No experience needed. Lessons may be done lying on a mat on the floor or seated in flat-bottomed chairs. Wear comfortable clothing. All participants will be expected to read and agree to a liability release form. Spring 2025 classes will be about improving the organization, use, and comfort of the back, hips, and legs. *Please note: I am teaching on Zoom and in person at the same time; sign up for one format or the other, knowing that you may move back and forth between them. Cancellation Policy
Class fees will be refunded 100% if an instructor cancels class or a student drops before the end of the first week of classes. Registration fees are non-refundable
